Hello, my name is Shira Zelman (Pressburger), and I am a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Anlayst. With years of experience working in home, school, and clinic settings, I have had the privilege of working with clients ranging from early childhood through young adulthood. I believe in the power of ABA therapy to help children with autism reach their full potential, and I am committed to creating personalized treatment plans that meet each child's unique needs.
My Story
I'm Shira Zelman (Pressburger), and I'm the founder of Butterfly Pathways ABA. After many years of working as a BCBA under agencies and school districts, providing ABA services to children with autism and their families, I noticed that many families would appreciate a higher level of individualized care and attention that their child deserved. I knew that I could make a difference in the lives of these families by using my extensive experience to bring a refreshing, creative approach to ABA while using evidence-based techniques. I also understood that in order to provide the highest level of care, I needed to be entirely dedicated to the success of my clients and their families. That's why I founded Butterfly Pathways ABA, a private practice dedicated to providing the absolute best services to clients with the three Cs of commitment, compassion, and collaboration.
